About Graham Hench
Currently, Graham drives new product strategies and business models for SWACRIT systems, leveraging precise metal and ceramic manufacturing for MedTech and semiconductor markets, while simultaneously advising the circular-economy fintech startup wingpay.
Previously, Graham spent nearly a decade at Swarovski, rising to the roles of Vice President of Innovation and Managing Director of Swarovski New Ventures. During this tenure, he managed a corporate venture portfolio with ~€6M AUM and led the company’s open innovation strategy. His leadership resulted in landmark achievements, including the launch of Swarovski’s first digital assets (partnering with Epic Games/Fortnite to reach an audience of over 860M), the introduction of 3D glass printing technology, and the acquisition of key IP. He has also served as a Board Member and Shareholder Representative for deep-tech companies such as Hyperganic (AI-based engineering) and Atelier Technology.
