Across her career, Elisete built strong expertise in developing consumer and technical insights, shaping research agendas, and steering cross-functional execution in complex regional environments. She also played a key role in P&G’s Connect + Development (C+D) efforts in Brazil, identifying innovation opportunities, scouting solutions, and building networks with potential strategic partners, universities, and government stakeholders to accelerate new business models and technology adoption.
